Making it Happen

In order to address our fundamental business philosophies, we created a framework based on solid, local and economic partnerships.  Our specialists are a consortium of local independent contractors and emerging businesses - all with vibrant technology and management skills, but without the political or finanical overheads often found in larger organisations.  Well Connected World sits over this partner framework, passionately orchestrating the best customer service for each client.

It is critical in this model that all players focus on the same end result with the flexibility to adjust as driven by changes in the client's business direction.  Managing these goals and resources is the role of the Well Connected World Liaison Manager, who ensures that each project, task, and activity is directly aligned to our client's strategic vision and budget.  The reason that this model works so well is that clear boundaries are established between partners, with the Well Connected World Liaison Manager being the orchestrator. The model creates a level of flexibility unparalleled in the IT industry.

Often, our clients bring their own vendor relationships with them - creating new Well Connected World partnerships. This benefits both the client and their existing partners.  For the client, a more efficient and cost-effective end-result is achieved - usually without political and other costly delays.  Existing partners bring the client's technical history into the fold and often feel a sense of relief as many administrative and political overheads are eased. This model also provides a level of coverage that is not feasible for many small service providors. The Technical Partners are then able to get on with their work effectively while Well Connected World drives the service, setting priorities and efficiently managing the overall relationship.
